RWPsychology is a local Psychology Practice serving the mental health needs of our local community. We need a kind hearted, warm and friendly face who can meet and greet our patients in our new eating disorder and trauma clinic in Camden. We need an exceptional person to take care of bookings, payments, and help us manage our endless sea of paperwork

For this position we need someone who can respect strict confidentiality, answer a busy phone, and who can multitask. We need someone who is a quick learner, and who has good knowledge of Medicare and requirements. We also need someone with exceptional computing skills (as we use an electronic diary management system), and who can work collaboratively as part of a larger admin team across the clinic.

This role will be Mon to Thursday 9am to 5pm, and will require attendance at our Oran Park and Milperra clinic as required until our Camden clinic is fully operational across the week.

Highly desirable:
The ideal applicant would have previous experience in an allied health or medical practice, or who has knowledge of Powerdiary.
