Our client is looking for an accounts receivable specialist who will report to the credit team leader. Our client has over 100 brands so this role will require someone who has experience in running end to end AR.

**Your Duties**:

- Processing daily cash allocations and follow up on outstanding payments
- Conduct monthly Statement Runs for all accounts
- End of month procedures, updating of cash sale accounts and assistance with the daily banking
- Organising credit references
- Maintaining customer accounts and processing of journals and documentation
- Providing copies of invoices and proof of deliveries to satisfy customer requirements.
- Minimum 3 year experience in a similar role or more
- Excellent commination skills, both written and oral
- General problem solving and analytical skills a must
- Must be a self-starter
- Excellent organizational and time management skills working in a fast pace environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Able to work autonomously as well as part a team.
