**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Manager Commercial Deals is responsible for working with a team of specialists within the Finance Strategy and Optimisation (FSO) Team to review commercial opportunities and synergies that improve profitability and competitive advantage for TAFE NSW. Working directly with internal and external stakeholders the Manager Commercial Deals develops strong partnerships to review and provide advice on commercial deals, including identifying and working to resolve risks to ensure that deals maximise value and are sustainable.

You have impeccable communication skills, are analytical, organised and a natural problem solver. You enjoy building trusting relationships, collaborating with your Team and taking initiative.

Crucially, you are someone who shares the TAFE NSW Values of Integrity, Collaboration, Excellence and Customer First.

In addition, you will have the following:

- Degree in relevant field and relevant skills, knowledge and experience.
