**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the single point of contact for all test environment coordination activities such as test data refresh, test environment integration issues, environment provisioning, incident, access etc. for the respective delivery platform
- Environment booking and tracking
- Environment certification/smoke testing
- Monitor & regular health checks
- Create/enhance Known Error Database
- Incident & request management
- Release coordination
- Test data coordination
- Build environment maps
- Impact assessment and risk analysis

**Required Skills**:

- 5+ years of experience in Test Environment Management
- Knowledge of the technology stack - Windows / Linux / Azure Cloud /SQL Db
- Experience on tools like - ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence
- Knowledge of mainframe systems will be advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal managerial supervision
- High level of analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
