What is the role?
As the Party Coordinator for our Zone Bowling/Timezone Woodville venue, your day-to-day will consist of:

- Leading our amazing Party Host team with confidence and positivity
- Using your super-duper organisational skills to ensure our guests have a smooth experience
- Confidently engaging in phone calls with our bookings and upselling where possible
- Enthusiastically celebrating birthday parties, corporate events & other celebrations (AKA - having FUN)

You will be supported by & also provide support to the management team and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none. You know what we say, #WeAreRoyal
Who are you?
- Availability across Saturday and Sunday each week
- You hold a current Working with Children Check
- A hands on & effective leader; you will act as a PARTNER to your team and deliver REMARKABLE parties to our littlest guests (and their parents)
- Natural ability to create positive relationships, dazzle our guests, motivate sales & ensure each booking leaves rave reviews
- You’re a big kid at heart - you LOVE to celebrate birthdays and events (and you love to have fun doing so)
