We are currently seeking for a Store Manager to lead our team at Eastland. Your role as a Store Manager will be to optimize sales, manage cost control, maximize profitability, oversee loss prevention, people planning and driving effective retail operations. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires dedication and determination to achieve success.

**Reporting to the Area Manager, your responsibilities will include**:

- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Motivating and engage team members for service excellency
- Merchandising and Displaying
- Wage and Expense Controls
- Inventory and Cost Control
- Staff Roster and Scheduling
- Sales Floor Management
- Training and Development of Staff
- Maintaining close communication with the Management of staff
