Our client is a jewellery retailer making their move into a new store. Their brand's feature in most key centres across WA, SA, NSW and VIC with an offering for everyone with a rich history in SA dating back to the 60's. Take the leap with us into the beautiful world of this jewellery retailer.
- $60 - $65K + Super with a potential OTE $90k - $100K
- Local Head office with fantastic support network - plus close to cafes
- Tuesday to Saturday roster for consistency and work life balance

**About the role**

As a Store Manager you will have a true passion for high quality jewellery design and confident to provide exceptional service for your customers. Whilst maintaining the day to day running and overall results of the store, your ability to train and inspire your team to provide exceptional personalised customer service will play a key role in your success. Your customers are your prime objective that will determine your KPI results and your success within this ever growing brand.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Achieve financial goals for the store, through KPIs
- Attract and retain great talent for the business
- Manage rosters and wage budget
- Store Presentation and growing business through VIP customer database
- Develop and mentor the sales team to provide exceptional customer service

**Skills & Experience Required**
- Proven track record of people development
- Experience in jewellery highly regarded but not essential
- Understanding of profit and loss reports
- Strong attention to detail and follow up communication
- Adaptable and ability to work under pressure
