Quality Coordinator Crookwell

**What you’ll be doing in this role**

As a Quality Coordinator, you are responsible for the coordination of the quality program within the homes allocated. This is a local service leadership role that requires skills in mentoring and education, communication, and computer literacy. Ongoing operational support will be provided to Quality Coordinators from key staff such as Quality Improvement specialists and Quality Improvement Lead. Uniting seeks Quality Improvement Lead to work at Uniting in Berry.

**Your care work may include**:

- Monitor and coordinate the adherence to the home's audit schedule as guided by the Quality Specialist.
- Ensure monthly audit tools are completed as delegated by the service manager.
- Provide assistance, relevant explanation sheets, and advice to staff when delegating audits for completion.
- Conduct interviews as per the program guidelines and populate the data into the online system.
- Supports the accuracy in the populating of the NACMQIP data for each government submission.
- Collate all audit and clinical indicator results.

**Who we’re looking for**
- Cert IV in Individual Support (or equivalent), or equivalent and relevant to the field of work; or relevant extensive experience in a similar role with proven capabilities to work at this level
- You’ll be adaptable, empathetic, and resourceful and be able to live Uniting’s everyday values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.
