Project Coordinator

**Project Coordinator - Woolworths Food Company (Part Time, 6 month contract)**
The role of a Project Coordinator is to assist in the planning and data management of projects and timings.

**What you’ll do**
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships across a large number of stakeholders.
- Manage the planning and delivery of minor projects through the pipeline
- Gather and analyse data and use these to support strategic direction / development plans.
- Creation of project timelines and reports to suit the needs of the natural working team Manage multiple projects and showcase your ability to be resilient and solution focused and when projected outcomes do not occur.

**What you’ll bring**
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple, complex, often conflicting priorities and balance the delivery across the business unit.
- Strong written and verbal communication, results and change-oriented with a continuous improvement focus.
- Ability to gather and analyse data and use these to support strategic direction / development plans.
- Implicit understanding of the NPD Stage Gate Process
- A clear understanding of Smartsheets & Opal an advantage
