Our client is looking for passionate customer service individuals to work in the Kyneton Branch as a Licence Testing Officer. They may also be required to work at other cluster officers in surrounding suburbs to support the branches on occasion. We are looking for experienced customer service professionals to join the in the capacity of Licence testing officers.

**Client Details**

Our client manages the road network, delivers road safety initiatives, and supplies customer focused registration and licensing services.

**Description**

An exciting opportunity has become available to deliver exceptional customer service through provision of driver license tests.

You will receive full training. You may also be required to work at various sites upon occasion when needed. The position will include duties such as:

- Provide timely, high quality customer service
- Conduct driving assessments
- Perform administrative activities to support the provision of service delivery.
- Create positive relationships in all customer interactions.
- Potential to be trained on counter service down the track.

You are required to have a full clean Victorian Driver Licence. You will be available to work 5 day for approximately 20-38 hours week. There may be times when you will be called in on days you are not rostered to support the branch.

**Profile**

The below requirements are integral pre/post-requisites of the role:

- Possession of a full (unrestricted) Victorian driver licence or equivalent national licence;
- A good driving record (upholding the safety standards and expectations of the role) with no serious or repeated Road Safety breaches in the last 5 years (driver licence record details will be reviewed as an integral part of recruitment);
- During training for the role, the successful achievement of written and practical assessment tasks;
- Ability to work in both a seated and standing position;
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods, concurrently observing, assessing and writing whilst in a moving vehicle, and maintaining vigilance and stamina in a range of environmental situations;
- Flexible to work a variety of different hours each week;
- Available to work 20-38 hours per week;
- Willingness to work flexibly within operational hours; and
- Ability to travel within the area and neighbouring centres as per the needs of the business.
