**Join Our Team: Disability Support Specialist - Day Program Focus**

**Location**: Dandenong & Cranbourne, VIC (with occasional travel)

**Hours**: Full-Time, 38 hours per week

**Salary**: $36.00 per hour ($71,136 per annum) + Superannuation

Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a passionate and innovative **Disability Support Specialist** with a focus on Day Program development to join us in Dandenong.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement engaging and inclusive day programs tailored to the diverse needs and goals of individuals with disabilities.
- Prepare detailed costing estimates and manage budgets to ensure programs are both effective and sustainable.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize program enrolment and community engagement.
- Collaborate with staff, clients, and external partners to deliver high-quality, person-centred services.
- Continuously evaluate program outcomes to ensure alignment with client needs and organizational goals.
- Advocate for individuals with disabilities, providing ongoing support and promoting access to community resources.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Experience or certification in disability support, community services, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement innovative and inclusive programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effectively supporting clients and collaborating with team members.
- Experience in budget management and program marketing is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of the NDIS and experience in support coordination will be considered an advantage.
