**A little bit about us**
The Road and Vehicle Safety Division aims to improve road safety and reduce road trauma. The division has three main functions; setting the policy direction for road safety through the National Road Safety Strategy 2021-30, the development and maintenance of legislation including the Road Vehicle Standards Act 2018 (RVSA) and other legislative instruments and vehicle standards, and regulation of the first provision of vehicles in the Australian market including vehicle certification, imports, enforcement and vehicle recalls.
- The Vehicle Safety Policy and Partnerships Branch is responsible for driving the development and implementation of legislation, procedures, guidelines, systems and workforce capability for the recently introduced Road Vehicle Standards (RVS) legislation.

**The opportunity we have available**
The team’s functions include technical and business support relating to the ICT systems ROVER and the Register of Approved Vehicles (RAV) these systems integrate all approvals and activities under the RVS legislation.

**What will you do?**
- Key duties include:

- assisting in managing and maintaining the ROVER IT system (using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Intelledox), including creating queries, and establishing and maintaining standard reports
- pro-actively managing and monitoring mailboxes, databases and dashboards
- user access management, including management of user profiles, access, and licences
- responding to enquiries and resolving simple and complex system issues
- responding to complaints and engaging with stakeholders
- assisting with the categorisation of issues and incidents not able to be addressed and facilitating escalation to, and resolution by, the relevant areas
- responding to requests for system and/or data model changes and facilitating these requests
- managing and maintaining related webpages
- maintaining ROVER User guides and support documentation
- delivering ROVER training.
