An established organisation serving the community for over 85 years with a diverse service offering of aged care, mental health & wellbeing, disability services and family and child support services.

**The Opportunity**

Reporting directly to the Director NDIS & Social Services, the Divisional Manager - Social Services will work in close collaboration with the team to drive operations across the Community portfolio.

The Divisional Manager - Social Services will:

- Set and model the organisation’s culture
- Think professionally and critically appraise solutions
- Lead and garner enthusiasm to an evidence based and trauma informed model of care
- Lead the implementation of a new model of care to improve outcomes for children, youth, and families, while ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the broader team creates an inclusive environment for all staff and participants

**About You**
- Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in social work, psychology, counselling, or a related field and a seasoned professional in child, youth, and family services,
- Relevant territory qualifications committed to ongoing professional development
- Experience as a passionate and influential leader
- Effective communication skills able to engage and motivate at all levels
- A deep understanding of Child and Family sectors and proven track record of developing complex, dispersed human services within the community.
- Experience in maintaining effective governance and compliance structures
