**To support our continual growth, we are searching for a Shutdown Superintendent to join our Site Services team. This permanent position will be a FIFO role from Perth.**

**About the opportunity**
- Liaising with clients and management teams to build relationships
- Ensure that safety is being adhered to the highest standard
- Pre shut scoping of allocated works ensuring adequate time and resources are available for safe and successful execution
- Adhere to Contractual and Company KPIs
- Ensure the team have all the required tools and information to complete the works to the highest standard
- Post shut close out, including Project reports, timesheets, assisting with invoicing

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
- Mechanical trade qualification
- At least 5 years’ experience in a mining or shutdown environment
- Demonstrated experience in maintenance and/or commissioning of bulk material handling equipment (i.e. crushers, apron feeders, scrubbers, belt filters, pumps, etc.)
- Professionalism when liaising with clients and meeting deadlines
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory position in a mining or shutdown environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Microsoft Project exposure is desirable
- Technologically savvy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, delivering quality service and product
- Resourcefulness and initiative ensuring the best outcome is being delivered
