**About the Role**

We are currently seeking a Heavy Haulage Admin Assistant to join our Heavy Haulage / Project team based in our state-of-the-art facility near the Perth Airport. The role is to provide key administration support to the daily operation and efficient functioning of the heavy haulage / Project Teams. The Operations Admin is responsible for timely and accurate data entry where required and also completing other administrative tasks to assist the operations team.

**Duties**
- Timely and accurate data entry of incoming Invoices
- Matching of invoices to con notes and communicating variances
- Filing and general accounts administration
- Uploading driver documents and con notes to the heavy haulage portal
- Process staff Expense Claims
- Process staff uniform orders
- Check & Monitor driver fatigue sheets
- Update Pilot job register
- Assist with compliance / accreditations and audits
- Complete driver site access and induction forms as required.
- Using excel to collate data and run basic reporting

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Administrative experience, preferably in a heavy haulage / transport operation
- The ability to think strategically, analytically, and outside of the box
- Effective written, verbal communication skills and customer focused.
- Using excel to collate data and run basic reporting
- Accurate data entry / reporting into a variety of systems
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
