We are looking for our next procurement analyst who you will focus on the design and generation of reporting and data visualisation to support the procurement team. You will love numbers and drawing insights from your analysis and have a laser sharp attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.

**What you'll be doing**
This role will see you utilise your proven data analytics background where you will engage, partner and present to varied internal stakeholders and peers. You will track and report on the annual performance plan and KPIs. This is truly a role where the analytics is tied to the portfolio strategy.
You will also:
- Design, extract and analyse reports measuring procurement performance and non-trade supplier spend metrics. Including performing root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions where required.
- Interact with and provide support to procurement and key business stakeholders on procurement activities and special projects
- Develop, document, test and implement processes and systems, including identifying and implementing improvements to streamline and automate process flows.
- Develop a third-party risk management key metrics dashboard
- Manage spend analytical technology
- Support the strategy and planning annual development process.
**Good things you'll need**
- Advanced excel skills are pivotal for the success of this role with exposure to SAP Ariba, or similar S2P SaaS solutions, and Power BI being highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills of large data sets will be critical for the success of this role
- Ability to provide comprehensive and clear insights
- High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication
- Experience as a procurement specialist/analyst desired
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills
- Ability to plan and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Creative style with the ability to operate in a dynamic, customer-driven retail environment #LI-SK1
