Dc Supervisor

**Primary Objective**

Coordinate order distribution activities undertaken from our Distribution Centre located at the Brisbane Wholesale Markets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion, while accomplishing your own goals across all logistic activities.
- Ensure freight is managed in line with CoR requirements.
- Train new and existing employees to achieve business objectives and role competencies.
- Coordinate staff rostering and task allocation throughout the DC by delegating responsibilities while enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values.
- Ensure Daily stocktake is completed and investigated with adjustments completed in ironbark.
- Ensure pallet control is in place, weekly transfers completed and updated through 2ic.
- Manage and maintain Quality Control, QA Compliance and Workplace Health and Safety and expenses throughout the site.
- Oversee the receival of goods including quality & quantity checks, and stock put away in an efficient and safe manner.
- Co-ordinate the dispatch of all orders (both retail and DC) and cross dock lines in a timely manner suitable for customer requirements.

**Experience, skills and qualification.**
- Experience in fresh produce ordering and distribution tasks.
- Track record of managing and developing people
- Clean driving licence
- Management of on site WH&S systems and processes
- Folklift licence

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

- Forklift Licence (required)
- Full Driver Licence (required)
