**About the opportunity**

The Early Childhood Educator (Certificate III) will be responsible for ensuring all children and families attending the service are provided with a safe, stimulating and supportive environment.
- To adhere to the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Law Act and Regulations, the National Quality Standards Framework, Child Safe Standards and organisational policies and procedures.
- To work collaboratively as part of a large passionate professional team ensuring the provision of quality Early Childhood programs.
- To provide an environment, which reflects a safe, inclusive, responsive, and supportive program, where the interests and needs of the child are the foundation for the creation of the educational programs.

The position will include supervision and assistance to other Early Years educators within the service to ensure practices and processes are consistent with regulatory compliance.

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will have a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent, relevant experience in early childhood sector and knowledge of the statutory requirements related to Early Years.
