mteSA are seeking an individual wishing to continue their career in Hospitality.

During your apprenticeship, you will be provided with mentoring while you complete on-the-job and off-the-job training to complete a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery. We will provide you with ongoing support to help you achieve your career goals.

**What will you be doing?**

**You will undertake a variety of tasks, including**:

- Preparing ingredients using contemporary food preparation and cooking presentation techniques
- Ensuring all food and other items are stored properly and monitoring stock
- Abiding by food safety standards and keeping a sanitised and safe environment in the kitchen
- Work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Providing exceptional wait service to ensure customer satisfaction

You must be team-oriented and passionate about employment in the hospitality industry.
