**About the role**:
Unlike other similar positions we pay an excellent salary for a job well done and you pay is not based on appointments made.
- Having knowledge of the Commercial Cleaning Industry is required
- Ability to build rapport in a timely manner with potential clients and have the confidence to ask ‘closing questions’.
- Confidence and a positive attitude.
- 3-5 years experience in outbound calls.
- Have a professional and clear phone manner.
- Be a real Team Player.
- Display confidence and a calm energy when speaking to clients.
- Possess a good knowledge of CRM's & be proficient in MS Office including Outlook
- Be resilient, with ability to achieve KPI’s.
- Computer literacy and willingness to learn our systems.
