Finance Analyst with a strong focus on inventory, would suit someone with a retail/FMCG background
- Business partner, working across supply chain, product management and commercial
- Hybrid working with two days from home

**Finance Analyst Responsibilities**:

- Works with Supply Chain to manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate inventory records are maintained, and that inventory levels are replenished in a timely manner.
- Be responsible for the regular and accurate counts and valuations of all Distribution Centre and Store based inventory and report findings to the State General Managers and CFO.
- Business partner with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Product Management and Commercial, including teams in different geographic locations, to deliver business insights across finished goods and spare parts inventory
- Continuous improvement in forecasting capabilities for inventory including SMI, safety stock, inventory turnover and other metrics
- Ensure inventory costs are accurately maintained in the ERP and related Inventory systems
- Provide oversight and increase financial rigour to selected inventory balances and reconciliations
- Play a key role in development of budget standard costs and inventory outlook for ANZ
- Liaise with the internal and external auditors for quarterly and annual audit requirements
- Creates, implements, and maintains inventory control procedures to meet company goals.
- Creates, updates, and maintains property records.

**Experience/requirements**:

- Demonstrated MS Excel skills with exposure to modern ERP financial systems
- Technical proficiency in manufacturing accounting and standard cost (preferred)
- Hands on inventory management and/ or demand planning experience would be an advantage
- High level analytical and problem-solving skills
- CA/CPA professional accreditation
- Experience in SAP B1 is desirable.
- High attention to detail.
- Previous experience in high volume transactional environment.
- Have excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency in English.
