- **Skills & experience**
- Minimum of Diploma level Early Childhood qualification
- COVID 19 Vaccination Cert or proof of vaccination
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current approved First Aid Certificate / Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Sound understanding of the developmental needs of children aged 0-5 yrs
- Knowledge & exp of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF),
- Knowledge & exp of the National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Effective communication skills - with families, staff and children
- Enjoy having fun is a must

As part of your role, you will be working with young children and those who are vulnerable.
- It is your obligation to always ensure their safety and report any concerns that you have, in line with our duty of care obligations.

- Police Clearances
- Reference Checks from a previous Manager.
