We have an exciting opportunity for a Software & Systems Manager, based at one of our national branch locations in QLD, VIC or SA.

Reporting to the National Systems & Service Manager, the Software and Systems Manager is responsible for developing and managing Diverseco’s software & support capability for the Measurement Division.

The role is designed to ensure the provision of pre-sales and customer support across new and existing installations and a driver of the introduction of new products, solutions, and technology.

What you will bring:

- Comprehensive background in IT systems & software implementation and project management.
- 3+ years’ experience in leadership (people management) role.
- Commitment and enthusiasm with a genuine interest in software, instrumentation, and measurement.
- A can-do attitude to your work and efforts.
- A strong desire to learn and excel in the industry.
- Excellent listening, comprehension, and communication skills.
- A current Australian driver's licence.
- A valid right to live and work in Australia.

What you will do:

- Participate and drive the development and launching of Diverseco’s NextGen Weighbridge software, including engagement with partners and development of launch materials for salespeople
- Develop and manage the process for upgrades and discontinuation of legacy software installations
- Provide pre-sales support (including solution design, demonstrations, scope of works documentation, etc) for salespeople with new sales opportunities
- Carry out installations of new software solutions (according to defined SoWs) and assist other systems technicians and/or service technicians with installations as required
- Be responsive in troubleshooting systems & software issues and performing corrective maintenance in breakdown situations
- Be prepared to travel to the locations of the work as determined by workload and customer location at the time of service (Where possible support should be provided on-line/remotely).
- Establish systems/software support desk for logging of calls and prioritisation, allocation of jobs, and sharing of workload via D365.
