The Role
You'll be responsible for leading the Ethics, Standards and Complaints unit in conducting investigations of staff conduct, customer complaints and providing advice around integrity-related matters.
In addition to this you'll be instrumental in developing and maintaining a reporting facility which identifies key trends, risks and outcomes arising from misconduct, investigations and customer complaints.
About you
You'll have the ability to lead and manage a team responsible for conducting complex and sensitive investigations on a range of topics. You'll possess effective communication skills that will translate to you being comfortable delegating tasks effectively, by providing clear direction. Being a role involving people management it's important that you're able support your team by proactively championing continuous improvement whilst also ensuring that you prioritise your teams well-being and professional development. In addition to the above you'll also possess the following skills:

- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills focused on organisational capability and responsiveness.
- Experience leading and conducting complex and sensitive internal investigations.
- Experience in leading and managing a team.
