Multiple opportunities exist for trade qualified, experienced and quality focused printers to join the world’s leading innovator in the production of high security banknotes located in Melbourne’s Northern suburbs.

The company pioneered the use of polymer banknotes and produces Australian and international banknotes, along with passports from its state of the art Craigieburn plant.

The plant is easily accessible by both public transport and major road infrastructure, making it an easy commute from either regional Victoria, or many of Melbourne’s suburbs.

**The Role**:

- Perform printing tasks required for work centre operation in accordance with company procedures, production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Permanent rotating fortnightly morning / afternoon shift

**The Person and Skills Required**:

- Highly skilled and trade qualified Flexographic or Offset printing machinist
- Possess a strong continuous improvement mindset, and understand business improvement techniques including lean manufacturing
- Have good decision-making skills including problem solving, and show initiative
- Highly proficient in colour management and control, and managing in-line quality control systems
- Experienced in working within a strong safety culture
- Enjoy working in a team environment

**The Benefits**
- Generous working conditions & salary - $96,500 - $100,000 per annum
