Applications are invited for the permanent full - time position of Property and Facilities Manager of Campbelltown Anglican Schools.

This permanent full-time position will commence in January 2023.

The main objective of the Property and Facilities Manager is to undertake transformational change of the existing Property and Facilities operations, standardising best practice across the organisation while continuously developing and innovating across the assigned responsibilities to ensure that the Property and Facilities are presented and maintained to a high standard.

The Property and Facilities Manager is responsible for oversight and maintenance of all buildings and grounds, refurbishing projects, landscaping, cleaning, waste management, security and fleet through effective leadership and management of a team that supports and maintains property facilities to a high standard across all sites. The Property and Facilities Manager is also responsible for the management of external contractors hired to undertake work at CASC as well as Student Transport Services (Bus Operations).

- The Property and Facilities Manager should have:_
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role, managing complex facilities and/or construction and maintenance of buildings and property.
- Trade qualification in a building-related trade, and Workplace Health and Safety are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership and management capability in developing a competent team.
- Strong communication skills - the ability to work collaboratively, to resolve conflict in a timely and constructive manner and to lead others through a practical approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of and experience working with contemporary safety management practices.
- Experience in a role that has significant interaction with numerous stakeholders such as contractors, suppliers, and members of the public and the proven ability to manage such relationships well.
- High level computer literacy, with an aptitude to write reports and document operational processes. Experience with the accurate input, maintenance and reporting of data using automated Facilities Management System and/or information databases.
- Demonstrated initiative to work with limited supervision to implement and maintain facility planning and operational management of CASC’s facilities.
- Demonstrated effective project management skills with the ability to engage others in achieving the team’s operational goals.
- Demonstrated experience with budgeting and resource allocation.
- Ability to establish positive working relationships with all staff and external suppliers.
- Possesses a good knowledge of legislation, compliance, policies, and procedures relevant to this position.
- Shows a willingness to develop self and to be adaptable to changing business need.
- Physically fit and able to undertake duties which may include maintenance and manual handling.

Campbelltown Anglican Schools Council delivers Christian Education to 1,750 students from the Macarthur community through St Peter’s Anglican Grammar, St Peter’s Heart, and Broughton Anglican College.
