Café Supervisor

Seeking an experienced cafe supervisor with managing the faced paced cafe

Coffee knowledge and barista experience required which included the ability to pour basic latte art, adjust the coffee grind, opening, and closing of the espresso bar.

Strong customer service skills.

Excellent customer service.

Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.

Handle and follow up customer queries.

Full table service - three plate/coffee carry.

Taking customer orders

Minimum of 12 months experience as a barista.

Experience in specialty coffee.

Ability to open and close the espresso bar, various brew methods, latte art.

Excellent customer service.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Barista key duties include:
Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages.

Maintaining the espresso bar to a high standard.

Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.

Making and maintaining consistently great coffee.

Dialing the grinder in the morning and monitoring it throughout the day and adjusting when needed.

Delivering high-quality customer service.

Building a rapport with regular customers.

Keeping the workspace clean and well presented.

Taking customer orders.

Ability to carry three plates and three coffees.

Experience working a section.

Excellent customer service.

Wait staff key duties include:
Full table service.

Ability to take direction and work as part of a team.

Assist in maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment.

Preparing and serving cold beverages.

Taking customer orders.

Must have full working rights in Australia.

Part-time / Full time require.
