**As a Lecturer, Motor Learning, you will**:

- Provide clear assessment criteria and timely feedback to learners to demonstrate learning outcomes.
- Initiate, design, and conduct, and may lead productive, high-quality research, scholarship and creative activities generating high impact outputs.
- Maintain deep discipline knowledge which is applied to inform unit design, including motor learning and development, as well as additional capacity to support teaching within desirable aligned fields within the Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science.
- Supervise honours and/or HDR students with timely completions and productive, high-quality outcomes.
- Contribute effectively to culture of educational excellence and engages collaboratively with peers.***

**To be successful, you’ll have**:

- PhD in Motor Learning and Development or relevant discipline and/or other relevant qualifications and experience.
- Excellent record of scholarly learning and teaching in UG and/or PG programs, including innovative curriculum design.
- Emerging reputation in research and scholarship through publications and/or exhibitions and/or success in obtaining external research funding.
- Research strengths that align with the research strengths of the Institute for Physical Activity and Nutrition, within which lies the Centre for Sport Research.
- Ability to contribute to community engagement for research and teaching.
- Capacity to contribute to leadership of teaching, research and/or administration.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues.
