**LOVELY NANNY ROLE - GUMDALE BRISBANE - START MARCH 2023**

Lovely, professional young family in Gumdale, South Brisbane are looking for their next Nanny, to care for their lovely 2 young daughters aged 5 and 4

35 hours per week but split shifts as girls are in school

Hours: Mon to Fri, 6:30am - 9.30am and again 2pm-6pm

Additional hours during the school holidays make this role pretty much full time

Generous Salary & Super based on $35 per hour

Start Date: Late Feb/Early March - permanent long term role.

This a busy professional family who work full time. This would suit a nanny who can show kindness and patience with the girls. Willingness to spend time on positive parenting approaches, get down to their level and support emotions when things get a little difficult. The nanny will also able to maintain healthy boundaries and support good behaviour. A calm, warm personality may be a better fit than an extreme extrovert, as this is a quiet, private family.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, reliable and motivated, - even if a young age.

Duties to include ;
Childcare is the priority. With a full time role, we hope that the nanny caring for our children will focus on their wellbeing, but also developmental goals. Given the hours of our work, the family need someone who is also willing to engage in household management responsibilities which include; organisation within the home, light cleaning and tidying (there is a weekly cleaner), making beds and assisting with laundry, and other tasks within work hours eg. Some errands within work hours. However, the focus will always be on the physical and emotional wellbeing of the girls

You will need:
Childcare/Nanny Experience min 2 years

First Aid Certificate and CPR

Blue Card

Drivers licence & ideally own car

Glowing childcare references

This is a permanent role, and this family look forward to working with a nanny who will become a key part of the family for many years. Their last nanny has been with this family for 3 years now and is only leaving to travel - she would be happy to provide a great reference for this family.

**Please check the location to ensure you are in easy driving distance due to split shifts, a long commute is not ideal
