australia melbourne contract negotiable**Talent International** is searching for an experienced **Instructional Designer** to join our industry leading **Commercial Client.**
- **Initial 9 month daily rate contract plus potential extensions**:

- **Experience using Articulate 360 is required**:

- **Rates are flexible depending on experience**

**Essential Requirements**:

- Certificate IV (or NZ equivalent) in training or equivalent on-the-job experience
- Minimum of five years training content development and delivery experience
- Significant experience in designing and developing training materials for face-to-face classroom and online training
- Excellent organisational, time and work prioritisation skills
- Significant experience managing adult end user audiences.
- Minimum five years’ experience developing and delivering systems training content.
- Experience with Articulate 360 or similar online authoring tools
- Ability to position in-system activities within their business processes to provide context and aid understanding.
- Ability to build rapport with impacted end users.
- Understanding of the blended learning approach to training content development and delivery.
- Familiarity with the A.D.D.I.E method of training content design, delivery and evaluation
