- **Day to day responsibilities**:_
- Developing and maintaining service standards in a premium/refined restaurant environment to ensure a world class hospitality experience.
- Receive and forward all goods and deliveries in and out of the delivery area to the correct point of contact/storage area.
- Record keeping of inventory and invoices
- Monitor PAR levels for all food items to ensure proper levels.
- Responsible for storage of both food & beverage and operational stock.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management or supervisors
- Ability to think on your feet and have a lot of fun
