We are looking for **Centre Care Managers** (Duty Managers) to share our passion for the fun facility.

We are seeking enthusiastic and committed people to join our team as Centre Care Managers, with the option of being a full time, part time or casual employee

Everyone at Eagle Stadium has one thing in common; the energy and passion to ensure all patrons and members are gaining maximum benefit and enjoyment from their experiences at the facility

We are looking for **Centre Care Managers** to share our passion of providing excellent customer service and want to have fun while they work

Reporting to the Stadium Coordinator, the duties of this role include but are not limited to:

- Ensure the facility and areas within the centre remain safe, clean and fit for purpose at all times
- Maintain a high level of communication and motivation with all employees
- Assist with managing and mentoring Stadium employees
- Provide reliable and consistent assistance, advice and information to patrons with a friendly and approachable manner
- Provide reception service that will include processing bookings, POS transactions, answering phone queries and general administration
- Ensure the effective and secure opening and closing of the centre
- Ensure the appropriate use of centre facilities and equipment by patrons and ensure they are abiding by the terms and conditions of entry
- Respond to an manage first aid and other incidents, completing all reporting as required
- Act as Chief Warden during emergency situations and implement emergency procedures as required
- Manage feedback from members and patrons and resolve any customer complaints as quickly as possible

- Experience in cash management
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly developed organisational skills including the prioritising of workloads and managing deadlines
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and customer focused quality service delivery
- Availability to work a flexible roster including shifts on evenings, weekends and public holidays
- HLTAID003 Provide First Aid Certificate and CPR qualifications
- Working with Children Check and National Police Check, or the willingness to obtain
