This position is available as either a part-time or full-time position.

A unique opportunity is available for a passionate and versatile Events Coordinator at a charming café on the Sunshine Coast. This role is perfect for someone who can seamlessly shift gears between coordinating events and serving as a barista, ensuring each customer's experience is memorable.

**The Company**:
Situated in the scenic Sunshine Coast region, this café is beloved for its inviting atmosphere and dedication to quality. Renowned for its delicious coffee and delightful menu, it also hosts various events, becoming a local hub for both casual café-goers and event attendees.

**The Role**:

- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of event planning and execution.
- Function as a skilled barista, contributing to the café's day-to-day service.
- Show flexibility to work on weekends and evenings.
- Work hand's on to ensure the success of the events.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient operation of both events and café services.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience in event coordination, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Skilled in barista duties with knowledge of coffee making.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.
