We are recruiting In-Home Aged Carers in Narrabeen who are looking for on-going casual work to work in the Northern Beaches, North Shore & Mosman to support our elderly clients in their own home.

This role is In-Home Care and each service varies from 2hrs - 3hrs per client where you will drive from one client home to another using your own car (a full driver's licence is required). You will be reimbursed for mileage.

Ideally, you live locally on the Northern Beaches/Nth Shore. You are an Australian Resident/Citizen - no student Visas accepted, some working visas are accepted and you have a reliable car with a full drivers licence.

**The care work might include**:

- Provide daily living assistance eg meal preparation and assistance with general mobility, assist in showering, personal hygiene, dressing;
- Help with transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings;
- Reporting any client issues or changes in their health and well being; and
- Helping around the home - assisting with general housekeeping.

**What's on offer?**
- You can work for us and not pay tax until you've earned over $36,747 OR if we are your 2nd job, then we can offer you to work up to $15,899 before paying tax;
- Hourly rate starts from $36.89 p/h + super, penalties, tax benefits;
- Travel Allowance of $0.96 per KM PLUS paid travel time between direct clients;
- No experience necessary - we will provide you with (paid) Orientation Training as well as (paid) personal care and manual handling training, plus more (paid) training to ensure you feel confident and competent in your working environment;
- Employee Referral Program - refer your friends and family members to join us and receive from $500.00 - $1000 for referring your friends.

- You have a minimum of 3x vaccinations for COVID-19
- You have the ability to provide excellent care for your clients
- You are honest, reliable and trustworthy
- You are caring and patient with high regard for life, health and well being of your clients and genuinely enjoy helping them in their own home
- Reliable Smart phone with good verbal and written English skills to use our APP
