**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are seeking an experienced full-time Agronomist/Agricultural Consultant to join our Brookton Branch. You will be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and provide an all-round superior consultation service. You’ll offer agronomic technical advice and be able to recommend products and services to help them succeed every year.

**Responsibilities**:

- Advising farmers on issues such as crop production including disease, pest and weed control, soil improvement and animal health requirements.
- Provide technical consultancy services to growers.
- Provide agronomic and technical support to growers and recommend appropriate products and services to increase and improve productivity.
- Continue to acquire relevant agricultural expertise and provide outstanding customer service to growers.
- Maintain, develop and expand existing customer base.
- Deliver sales growth to budget and maximise promotional opportunities by assisting at field days and with trial and research work.
- Progressing and developing the reach of the business and promoting our business offerings to customers.

- Have a proven track in agricultural consultancy.
- Be degree qualified in an appropriate agricultural science.

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
