**The role**

As the Safety Advisor you’ll provide professional and timely advice on a wide range of safety matters across the business, with the goal of supporting and enhancing our positive safety culture. You’ll be the first point of contact for our people in relation to safety matters and take care of the coordination of our safety training, programs and initiatives.

You’ll also use your passion for health, safety and wellbeing and experience in engaging people to provide assurance through site inspections and audits in the field, promoting innovative thinking and the continuous improvement of organisational safety and wellbeing practices.

- Well-developed relationship building skills with a focus on achieving outcomes..
- Ability to positively influence strategic objectives across all organisational levels.
- Ability to develop and coach others in safety practices and processes.
