UrbanVirons Group (Urbans) is a South Australian owned and operated company providing a range of Arboricultural, Civil, Environmental, Horticultural, Landscape Construction, Sports Turf & Open Spaces and Weed & Pest Management services to State & Local Government, High Profile Grounds & Facilities, Residential Housing and Commercial Clients.

We are seeking an enthusiastic & experienced **Operations Coordinator** - **Weed & Pest **to coordinate day to day operations for a team approximately 15 staff.

**THE ROLE**

Leading the way with a high level of customer service and driving operational efficiencies within the team, you will be responsible for the following:

- Coordinating and scheduling day to day work schedules for all team members including plant resources
- Leading and supervising field staff and subcontractors
- Ensure time and attendance for the team is recorded accurately and on time
- Responding to client feedback in an efficient manner
- Supporting maintenance requirements of the fleet
- Regular reporting to clients ensuring they are kept up-to-date with all programs
- Customer service/resolving customer complaints

**About You**

To be successful you must have:

- Certificate III in Horticulture (or equivalent) or a minimum of 5 years experience within a similar role
- Chem Cert or Full Pest Technicians Licence _(or be willing to obtain prior)_
- Experience in the coordination of field staff including technical experience, allocation of labour, plant and materials with a proven record of the effective management of personnel and resources
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate ideas, instructions and information with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of plants, weeds, turf and current horticultural practices
- Business management skills, understanding of costs, working to budgets and estimating costs accurately
- Effective computer skills with knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to maintain and enhance relationships with clients, contractors and staff in order to achieve desired outcomes
- A Current Drivers Licence
