About the Role
Organise, co-ordinate and schedule the Clinical Director, Child and Youth Mental Health Service, daily activities ensuring optimal usage of available time. This includes arranging and maintaining a daily diary of meetings and appointments, organising meetings and conferences, arranging venues, catering, teleconferencing and researching and collating information, correspondence and material necessary for the Clinical Director to attend such meetings and appointments. In addition, manage the reconciliation of petty cash, budgetary or financial information, coordination of shared resources/equipment, and collation and dissemination of information or resources.
