We have an exciting opportunity for a **Risk & Governance Manager** to join the Finance Central Business Management team. You will support the Co-Heads of Finance and work collaboratively across the global Finance functions to support the Finance strategy and effective risk management. You will drive risk uplift, embed risk culture and deliver key risk indicator reporting for governance meetings across the Finance leadership group.

This is a unique opportunity working closely with the Co-Heads of Finance, Finance leaders and wider risk teams globally, where you will:

- Provide support for risk training, promoting risk culture and the compliance of all Macquarie and Finance policies across all Finance teams globally
- Develop and implement guidance to promote and embed sound risk management and governance practices
- Pro-actively identify, monitor and report on key risk and performance indicators for Finance Management
- Partner with Finance functions globally to provide practical advice and drive improvements of key risk and performance indicators
- Co-ordinate governance meetings and prepare materials for senior management as required
- Support the Co-Heads of Finance in the annual development of the Finance Strategy and other risk and performance initiatives and activities as required

We need you to be delivery-focused and have a good working knowledge of dealing and interacting with multiple and senior stakeholder groups.

To be successful, you will have a risk management and/or chartered accountant background, working experience in internal audit or control based external audit. If you have sound risk judgement and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, we’d love to hear from you.
