**Summary about the position**:
To ensure the smooth operation of the ICT department in alignment with AMCS business objectives. To oversee the provision of the tailored ICT support and training for all AMCS staff. To act as in-house expert for a range of ICT systems and solutions, to ensure the continues improvement of the systems in place and implementation of any replacement/additional solution as required.

**The value you'll create will involve**:
Being AMCS key contact to communicate with relevant internal and external stakeholders relating to any ICT projects/system improvements.
Provide updates regarding projects status and timely implementation matters.
Ensure projects records are updated and documentation and relevant information from vendors are collated to ensure the delivery of projects is well managed and recorded.
Track progress of projects, enhancements, and implementing solutions on time; effort and cost against estimates and budget; lighting variances and initiating appropriate corrective actions.
Manage annual ICT budget and align it with business objectives.
Development, review and update of the ICT strategy.
Development, review, update and approval of any ICT related policies, procedures, and guides.
Undertake regular audits of the systems in collaboration with the system providers.
Oversee the delivery of relevant trainings and workshops for AMCS staff to ensure everyone can use the technology and systems relevant to their roles.
Oversee the procurement, setup, usage, update and management of any hardware and software, incl. phone solutions, mobile and internet provider and other devices.
Ensure the cyber security settings of systems in place are at the highest standard and comply with the regulations of the ACSC, user accounts and internal data and documents are protected against any cyber-attacks.
Administrator role for multiple AMCS systems and external portals, incl. HRIS, TurnPoint, ACE Community Care, RAM and MAC, DEX, MS 365, SharePoint.
Provide guidance as required for any other system administrators at AMCS.

**Key Selection Criteria**:
Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in Information and Communication Technology.
Relevant and current experience in managing and delivering Information and communication Technology projects.
A standard of written and verbal communication.
Good understanding of Microsoft Windows Server and basic understanding of computer networking.
Time management - ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Organisational and planning skills and the ability to plan and prioritise work to meet deadlines.
Demonstrates attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness in work produced.
Problem solving skills.
Reacts well under ‘reasonable' pressure.
Demonstrates respect for internal and external stakeholders and upholds organisational values.
Maintains professionalism and a positive and courteous manner.
Exhibits an affirmative approach to the requirements of the role and organisational activity.
Requires a degree of customer service and organisational skills.
Ability to cope with competing priorities and resources.
Demonstrated knowledge of Project Management, Systems Development Life Cycles (SDLC) and Information Technology Information Library (ITIL) in desirable customer service environment.
Able to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
Current Victorian Driver's Licence.
