On behalf of our valued client, a leading specialist seed producer WE at Workforce Extensions are seeking two highly motivated, reliable and hard working staff members to join their team as Horticulture Workers. Located just outside of Daylesford, these positions will involve working full time hours, Monday to Thursday from 7:30am-4pm and 7:30am-2pm Fridays. These positions are available for an immediate commencement and will continue until at least the start of May.

These positions will involve working predominantly outdoors and “getting your hands dirty” will be a regular part of your day. Day to day duties will include;
- Plant raising
- Pest and disease control
- Seed planting
- General crop maintenance and harvesting

Previous experience is not required however an in working in this type of environment is a must. To be considered applicants will be required to demonstrate;
- An ability to work in a hands on role
- The ability to arrive to work on time with a focus on reliability
- Be able to work both autonomously and as part of a small team
- Have the ability to clearly and confidently communicate

**Salary**: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
