**Position: Technician**

D W Mobility Services is a NDIS Registered Provider that provide quality repairs, servicing, and sales of mobility equipment such as powered wheelchairs. Due to growth and increased demand, D W Mobility Services needs another field technician to service the Brisbane and surrounding areas.

We deliver these services in homes, schools, hospitals and anywhere it’s needed within our geographic range (Gold Coast to North Brisbane and west to Ipswich plus surrounds). Our unprecedented after-sales service and quality workmanship set us apart.

**The Role and your responsibilities**

You will liaise with clients, manufactures, and organise your own days to perform jobs tasked to you. These jobs will be primarily repair, maintenance, and servicing of mobility equipment (mostly powered wheelchairs). You will accurately diagnose issues, predict potential issues, and skilfully undertake any required tasks. These responsibilities will require you to maintain and build relationships with our clients and always focus on providing the best experience.

At other times you will be assisting in setting up new retail chairs for trial, completing necessary admin related to your role, helping at the workshop or training others.

**Qualifications/ skills / attributes**

Experience and/or a trade is highly preferred.

Advanced fault-finding skills, thinking outside the box and common sense

Highly organised, self-motivated, and great communication skills

Caring, compassionate and being selfless

Full drivers license required

**Salary**: Depending on skills and experience levels

3-4 days per week $30,233- $55,328 plus 10.5% super
