**What will you be doing?**
- Assist the Service leadership team in administrative tasks, including travel arrangements and job scheduling.
- Act as the primary contact for service-related inquiries and handle customer communications.
- Raise new service jobs and ensure they are managed effectively within customer expectations.
- Process, invoice, and manage Service WIP jobs promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate warranty submissions and communicate with the Warranty department.
- Provide temporary leadership for the service team in the absence of Supervisors, including handling quotations, control inbound and outbound service jobs, delegate technical inquiries, manage minor customer disputes, ensure completion of work authority forms, and facilitate detailed service reports as directed by Supervisors.

**What do you need?**
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft
- Proven experience handling difficult conversations as required
