Experienced Farmhand

There is an exciting opportunity for a **Experienced Farmhand **to join the family operated farming team for an immediate start. The role is based in the Toowoomba Region, with accommodation provided if necessary.

**The role**
A experienced farmhand is required for a broad acre and irrigated cropping enterprise, including a large grain storage facility on the Toowoomba region. You'll be working with a small team of valued workers and under the company's highly experienced principals.

Property has good access to services locally in and around Toowoomba area. An air-conditioned family home is available as a live-in accommodation should you require it (including payment of energy bills, up to an agreed upon amount).

**About you**

Successful applicants must:

- Have a current manual drivers license; and
- Be an Australian resident or citizen.

We are looking for an applicant with experience and skills in:

- Large modern farm equipment;
- Mechanical and welding knowledge;
- Planting and harvesting; and
- Loading and unloading of trucks and grain silos;
- A flexible and personable approach to work;
- Ability to follow instructions; and
- Working as part of a close team, and autonomously when required.

**Application**

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
