Our newly expanded premises at Hurstville require a full time Dock Coordinator to control a busy loading dock for our hotel, food outlets and beverage deliveries.

Reporting to the Executive Manager - Food, Beverage and Events this role will become an integral member of the team ensuring fresh produce is accounted for and stored correctly along with stock rotation of the beverage products received.

We have big visions for the role as our venues get busier and busier. You will be someone who we can rely upon to follow instructions accurately and work unsupervised. You will have an excellent understanding of manual handling procedures and be able to execute safe work plans.

The dock will be busy with multiple deliveries each day so your ability to maintain the coordination and safe movement of deliveries, drivers and vehicles is imperative. You will also be comfortable with your PC literacy as you will be required to enter delivery dockets into our ordering systems.
