**Creative Content & Digital Marketing Manager**

State of Escape is an Australian luxury brand, showcasing handcrafted accessories focusing on functionality and timelessness. Since our establishment in 2013, the brand has grown, reaching international audiences. We are currently seeking a Creative Content & Digital Marketing Manager with a background in fashion or retail to oversee the Marketing and Communications Strategy globally.

**Career Overview**

Reporting into the Communications Manager this role will sit at the heart of the Marketing Communications team with responsibility for assisting and developing campaigns & creative content (both visual and verbal) alongside the Art Director to support brand goals in direct response to the Marketing Calendar and Product Roadmap.

Key to this role will be the responsibility for writing and posting of content across all digital marketing channels, and acting as the brands voice, including community management, and engaging with customers reaching out via social. Additionally, the skill to look for opportunities on social platforms to extend offering and brand engagement is paramount.

In conjunction with the Communications Manager this person will be fundamental in developing new audiences to support broader business initiatives through connecting on Instagram with key audiences/customers to build loyalty/advocacy and provide insights into who our customer is and provide this invaluable feedback for internal consideration.

A strong appreciation and intimate understanding of the brand strategy is required to ensure that at every touchpoint the brand is at the heart of all communications.
Flexible, pragmatic and the ability to manage multiple projects at once will lead to success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Work closely with the Communications Manager and team across the Marketing Calendar to understand all marketing activities, priorities and subsequent planning required - allowing flexibility for any short term opportunities/changes
- Collaborate and communicate closely with all members of the sales and marketing team on ideas and opportunities to ensure the successful and relevant roll-out of campaign ideas across all channels
- Prepare creative briefs for external content creators and the AD which include deliverables for all sales and marketing channels (in consultation with channel owners), budgets and timelines
- Manage and support all photoshoots for key (x2 yearly) brand campaigns to studio shoots in conjunction with our AD and content teams
- 3+ years' experience in marketing or similar role
- Experience working in the fashion industry is a plus
- Deeply curious and inventive with the ability to think on your feet
- Strong self starter and a highly motivated problem solver
