The **Intrax Project** **Division** work on a range of cutting edge, large-scale developments across a range of industries where our role is to inspire our project partners to create sustainable infrastructure and built environment future for Australian communities. **Specialists in ESD**, our team is successful because of the thorough leadership shown when considering decarbonisation, climate-resilient design, building life cycle energy and water efficiency, the occupants' health and wellbeing of the occupants and the social value created to the surrounding community.
- Provide sustainability services to external clients and the internal team of colleagues
- Working with the broader team to deliver the ESD services within timeframes, cost, and quality
- Deliver sustainable design solutions to our clients
- Prepare sustainability management plans, energy audits, ratings and reports
- Support the delivery of sustainability rating assessment, including Green Star, WELL and NABERS
- Work in collaboration with multi discipline teams to deliver sustainability and environmental outcomes on projects, including Sustainable Management Plan and Section J report
- Support the delivery of the daylight and energy simulation modelling and reports

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Degree in engineering, environmental science or architecture with an ESD focus
- Have a minimum of 5+ years demonstrable experience in engineering consultancy
- Be a Green Star Accredited Professional
- NatHERS accredited assessor (preferred)
- A high degree of familiarity with the Green Star Design & As Built tool and recent experience in preparing GBCA project submissions
- Familiarity with NCC Section J & NABERS Assessments
- An inquisitive mindset that is always looking for ways to be innovative in problem solving.
- Energy & Daylight modelling experience
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills allowing you to juggle a range of interesting projects at any one time
- Excellent client communication and liaison skills and an ability to convey information accurately
