Our client, an established Boat Building and Maintenance Industry leader in Sydney, is seeking a talented and experienced Shipwright/Boat Builder to join their team in **Rydalmere, NSW**.

**About The Opportunity**:
As an integral part of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of boats, from trailer boats to superyachts, and popular brands such as Sunseeker, Jeanneau, Riviera, and more. You will have the chance to work on exciting projects including repairs, customisation, installations, and fit outs.

In this role, you will earn **up to $45 per hour (plus super) based on your experience and skills**. With long-term employment opportunities, ongoing training and development, and a supportive work environment, you'll be well on your way to a rewarding career in boat building.

Key Responsibilities:

- General boat building
- Structural repairs and painting
- Timber and fibreglass work
- Through hull installations
- Internal fit outs
- Gelcoat repairs

**About You**:
Additionally, you will have:

- your own reliable transport

- basic hand tools
