Operational Excellence Manager

We are searching for an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to lead our Quality, Continuous Improvement, EHS and Corporate Sustainability teams and deliver initiatives across the Group for the achievement of strategic objectives. This position will support the functional lines by fostering efficient operational management and drive continuous improvement to ensure sustainable change.

**Snapshot of the role**:

- Provide strategic and proactive leadership in Quality, Continuous Improvement, EHS and Sustainability
- Lead functional excellence transformational programs
- Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency
- Identify initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing costs
- Drive cultural change and actively reduce the cost of product non-conformances
- Drive and implement a proactive safety culture
- Prepare reports on operational performance, including benchmarks against industry standards or best practice
- Motivate employees to improve performance by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Maintain company certifications
- Developing new processes to streamline operations and improve customer service
- All other duties and responsibilities as appropriate.

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
- Six Sigma or other lean certification
- 6+ years’ experience leading and delivering operational excellence or transformational change programs
- Demonstrated successful track record of change management and process improvement
- Quality assurance/control in a manufacturing environment - 8D experience
- A strong continuous improvement focus with a commitment to client satisfaction
- An ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
- Strong financial acumen
- Data analysis and insights
- High tenacity with the ability to work in a highly demanding and changing environment
