**Background**:
**Position Overview**:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing integrated marketing campaigns that will leave a lasting impact. Your creativity and analytical mindset will be essential in planning, executing, and optimising campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate demand, and support business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute scalable and integrated marketing campaigns for our Global Awareness, Cloud Campaign, Industry, and Segment marketing teams.
- Work closely with creative, content, social, and digital teams to design captivating and tailored campaigns specifically for the APAC markets.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and provide insightful reports to stakeholders on campaign effectiveness and optimisation opportunities.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners, supporting campaign briefs, media planning, and execution to achieve campaign objectives.
- Manage campaign operations, including trafficking and attribution, to provide accurate reporting of campaign activities and results.
- Communicate effectively and manage regular communication with key stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment and transparency.

**About You**:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in brand marketing, campaign management, or related roles, preferably within B2B or B2C organisations.
- Familiarity with advertising technology, digital marketing tactics, and agency processes.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and embraces growth and expansion.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a talent for generating innovative ideas and solutions.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate brand messages and engage target audiences.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, enabling effective teamwork and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in digital marketing strategy and execution.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Preferred experience in brand building, with the ability to provide examples of successful campaigns.
